help!! what shall I do my ipods not working because itunes wont download on my computer! how do I fix it? please help I need my music!

Does iTunes still play your music fine on your computer? Yes? Then do this:

http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/

Personally I'd skip 4 and go straight onto 5. If 5 doesn't work, try 4 then onto 5 if needs be.
