I have two VHS recorders and a tv and would like to be able to record from the tv but also record from VHS to VHS, How would I do this?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Connect the first video to the tv in the normal way with the aerial connected to this machine. Then connect the second video to the first by scart (or whatever the direct connection is) lead only. You should then be able to record tv on the normal numbered channels on the video and from the second machine via the auxilliary input.
Alternatively, if you don't have a spare SCART lead but you have a spare aerial cable, simply add the second VCR to the loop by connecting the "aerial out" on your first VCR to the "aerial in" on your second, and connecting the "aerial out" on the second VCR to the TV. You will need to tune a channel on your second VCR to show the tape output from the first - you do this the same way you would tune in a normal TV channel.
