New Website - Logins

I would like to set up a simple website with a forum and user account logins. Anyone know of any easy templates i could use to plug into my site? I'm already ok with actually making the site, it's just the secure logins that i'm not sue of.

phpBB is a pretty good bit of software:

That's if your host supports php (it probably does).
