linking one page from another

Hello, just starting out trying to design a webite, i have the homepage set up. how do i link other pages via a word, say example I want the words "Contact me" to take me to a subscribtion page.

If that makes sense ?

I think you are refering to a Hyper-Link which should be in the program that creates the website.
Mckeever, What program are you using to make the site?

In mine, Serif Webplus10 you would select the word, then click on Hyperlink which brings up a table of choices of where you want the selected word/s to jump to.
