Broadband Migration

I am considering moving from Orange to Sky as a broadband supplier.

I have registered and spoken to Sky but seem not to be making progress. Has anybody done this yet and can tell me how they did it ?

I already have a MAC code but it does seem to be painful

the hardest bit is obtaining your mac code as your existing isp tries to re-sell itself to you.once you have code the transition should be seemless.
im not with sky but they should be no exception...but then again !
