Thinking of purchasing a Creative Zen, would love to hear from anyone who has one? Good or bad points. Thanks in advance.

I only switched to the Nano because it's smaller and I won it, I wouldn't have purchased one as the Zen was fine.
Can't really comment on the software as I only used it the once to load the stuff on and that was it, I have a problematic PC when it comes to USB peripherals so loaded the songs via my Dads PC and never did it again.
It also works with Napsters To Go service which is well worth a look.
Only down side I would say is it's a little heavy and touch thing in the middle takes a bit of getting used to. Only mention those to give a bit of balance.

I echo the above. It is a bit heavier than the iPod, but you won't really notice it once you've got going. Also, ditch the supplied headphones and buy some Sony or Sennhauser ones to get the best listening quality. As for the touch control panel, you can set the sensitivity of it under your finger - I have low sensitivity on mine because I'm quite heavy handed. Enjoy, it's a great little piece of kit!
