my epsonc82 is not showing my ink levels,(even though they r full) i am not using original epson ink, is this why, it didnt do it on my other printer

The original Epsom cartridge probably had a chip in that reads the ink levels, so when you refill them they still read empty, you can get a chip re setter that will then tell you how much ink you have left.

This happened to me with an Epson CX3200.
I ran the Epson disc again and it sorted it.
