How do I install two memory cards on my pc?

Hello, I've bought two memory things for my old pc which a friend said it wasn't compatible.

I've got a fairly updated computer now with Windows XP and would like to put those memory cards onto this computer (64Mb SIMM Edo Kit) how do I know if the cards are compatible with my computer?

Would also appreciate any tips on how to install it too :)

It is totally unlikely that the 64Mb memory from your old PC will fit into the new PC.

Memory speed has increased over the years and this memory will not be fast enough (nor will it have the correct number of "pins" to fit in your new motherboard)

I agree with the above. Even if they did fit (they won't) they'd offer you little or no benefit.

Agree with the above, but any memory you add, should be handled carefully. Static charges can cause havoc with computer components. Make sure you take adequate antistatic precautions when finally adding extra ram!!
