Restore Print.

I would be very grateful for any help on how I can restore
print, not able to print off from workpad or e mails, or a crossword from the web have tried to find how to restore print, have an Epson 46 printer. I went into restore and put back to an earlier date but no luck. Thanks a lot .

You've not said what happens when you try to print. e.g. what, if any, error message do you get?

The most likely causes of being unable to print are as follows:
1. No power to printer or no connection from PC. (Check power leads, switches & cables).
2. Major failure with the printer. (That means seeking the services of a dealer or buying a replacement printer).
3. PROBABLY THE MOST LIKELY CAUSE: The printer driver is corrupt. Simply reinstall the driver from the installation disc and everything should be OK. (If you're not sure which bit of the installation procedure actually installs the driver, simply repeat the whole lot).

Thanks didn't get error message I did a test print but nothing printed, this happened before and I managed to get it back with tools on packard bell but can't get that now I had updates from XP windows and was after this so it happened Thanks for help
