VW radio problem

Ever since i had to jump start my VW Golf (flat battery ,my fault left the lights on) my radio has been acting up

All of the FM stations are weak and fade in and out, (radio 2 is terrible-not content necessarily just the signal strength-- but they are all poor)it won't "auto seek" ie when it tries to find the strongest signal for that specific station

I have tried it with another gamma radio and its the same
Is there a booster in the system that has been damaged by the jump start
