how do i get a WMP audio file on my website so people can listen but not download.

yes i can ive seen it done on other websites where a file is there to play..... for example video can be played on many websites using a WMP plug in and the same for audio files.

Sorry I was being a bit fast. You can get things that let you play the music but not download it, but there will still be a way to download it. And anyone who can't work out how can just record what their sound card processes and get the music anyway.

On the site you link to, click embed and then highlight and copy the < object > code stuff. You should just be able to paste it into your website and have it play.

To play your own stuff you can use a flash implementation like this one:

I think it just grabs whatever mp3s you put on your site for your visitors to play.
