HELP! i had a huge doc printed on ms word 2003. i accidentally deleted it when i thought is was just deleting a paragraph. is there any way to get this back. i had saved it regulary.

if you just presed the delete button then go to the top where there is File, Edit, tools, help etc and in one of thoes, posibly edit it will say undo, click on this. However if youve now closed the word document then all i can say is try and open the file again and it will have what ever you last saved up to in the document.

look in your temp files in c drive and also go to the find files facility and type in your docs name and find in your whole drive, if your comp has made a copy anywhere this will bring it up

if you deleted it, it would have went to you recycle bin where you could have restored it.....or was it from here you deleted it ?

thanks everyone.
I've tried recovering my doc. i think i've found a temporary file of 450KB and it seems to be the right date.
however when i open it all i get is a page of 'y' and squares! this is computer speak i don't understand. any ideas on what to do now?
