I downloaded the Windows XP Video Decoder Checkup Utility as advised by Ethel. I then selected the correct decoder, restarted, played the dvd and it worked fine. But if I take the DVD out and put it back in again, I goes weird again.
I checked the decoder utitliy to see if it had changed, but it hadnt. Anyone have any ideas??? Its drving me mad!
