My laptop won't read my external DVD writer
1 Answers
I have a usb connection for an external dvd writer. I've had it working before and now suddenly my laptop won't read it - there is no connection at all. I've tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them to no effect. Any ideas anyone please? I use XP on my laptop and normally it would be a case of plug and play. Many thanks.

(my DVD has a separate power source, btw)
