I've just recently bought new TV an since setting the TV up, after watching it for a while, I've noticed a green tinge on the right hand side of the screen.. does anybody know what causes this? Or is it a fault with the product? Thanx. Lou

I think that this can sometimes be caused by a strong magnetic field in close proximity, maybe a large speaker or something magnetic?
I have that on an old TV, but it's only happened over time - it wasn't always like that. I've always assumed the tube had developed a fault.

My guess would be that either the red or blue guns modulation information is being attenuated toward to end of the line scan. Don't know how or why. Take the thing back.
