The Nero site does have manuals for their products. But I prefer Acronis.

I think you mean Nero BackitUp from Nero Smartstart.
Is does backups of files and folders but for Drive Imaging you need Norton Ghost or better still as above answer Acronis True Image.
I have recovered a complete drive for real when the chips were really down using Acronis v 9. Fantastic Software.
