hi,
I'm trying to download my pics from my phone to pc using the supplied data cable and software, but no matter i try even after reading the instructions it wont work? does anybody else have this problem? and more importantly can anybody suggest any other options i can try?

Hi, If u got bluetooth/bluetooth USB on your PC u send pics or music to your mobile as your mobile should have bluetooth. It might take a bit longer but its another option as I know a lot of people seem to have a lot of problems with the cable & software they have to use. I just use bluetooth to bluetooth with my mobile, have a go.

other devices do work and the software loads properly but keeps saying theres no signal from phone when trying to pair with pc?
