Making a reaction time test on Dreamweaver?

I need to make a reaction time test for my dissertation. I have Dreamweaver and was going to make it on that, but have no idea how. I have got a mate who has an idea, how to make web sites but I was wondering if anyone knew of any codes or how to do it, just in case he can't figure it out.

The test would resemble one like this

I know there is a website that tells me how to do it, but I can't seem to find it, any ideas?
