mp3 player help

Hi

I just bought an11tronics ip-65 mp3 player from argos - downloaded some songs and had to go out... still got lots of memory left but now cant add anymore music to it -It says cannot create file on my pc but im doing it as per the instructionswhich worked yesterday.

Yes the switch is in the unlocedposition as per the manual... soo i dunno whats going on and need some help

Any ideas as to why its doing this or am i doing something wrong... need help!
