ok, fanx. how would i pay u?
Hi Mandi

Need to check where i can get this done yet but most of these guys accept paypal.
Why on earth do you need it unlocking to be able to carry it around with you.
It will still need a Sim card fitted to it to make or receive calls and surely you have one of those anyway.

dodgyshirt - dunno why m8, but when i moved my sim from the phone i was using (that has given up the ghost), i have got the message 'phone disabled - network lock' and when i called my sim provider (tesco blue and white stripey) they told me i would have to go to a shop and get it unlocked - for a fee, of course.
Right, I see your problem.
Siemens phones usually need to be unlocked professionally. Most markets have a stall nowadays where this can be done for about 10.
Alternatively, if you can find out which network it is locked to, (it might be marked on the phone) change your provider. Sim cards are pretty cheap these days.
