I've got this really old but good quality camera which I use for E bay selling. - The close ups are second to none! I recently change my PC to obtain a faster CPU. my old pc had a 9 way 'D' connector, which is not available on my new pc, so I bought a 9 way to USB converter, but It doesn't work, and the error message says my camera is working too fast for my PC to handle?? - Any ideas appreciated. No updates for drivers available on Olympus website, the 9 way connector on my old pc is an itegral part of the MB. thanks

Assuming you are referring to the serial port, you could add a legacy PCI card to your PC such as this one
