which one is the best to one to buy? i used to have a iPod Mini... but now these are discontinued... and i DONT want a iPod Nano as they break easily (i know this as my frien is on his 3rd one now!) im lookin to spend no longer than �250 and i want one with alot of space.

Well personally I think the nanos only broke easily if people didn't take good care of them... they're very thin pieces of plastic. However, have you seen the new nanos? They're the same size, but are now made out of aluminium like the mini, so are a lot more robust. They go up to 8GB.

If you want more storage, there's always the regular iPod...
