Now I have your attention, Whats the best cheap printer you have had this includes the cost of peripherals, eg print ing of photos and paper with cheap ink etc.

The best value printers are laser rather than ink jet.

If you want color they can be a bit expensive but are then much chaper per page to print than ink jet.

thanks mate, I have less than �100 to spend and its for mainly printing docs, but also photos. So I am looking at inkjets really but which, HP peripherals look expensive

HP peripherals are expensive but last a lot longer than Epson for example and you can always get cheap immitation parts (I pay around �10 per LARGE cartridge which lasts me around 6 months)
