Whenever anyone logs in to an account on our computer a little window comes up in the middle of the screen (nothing in it, just see through!) and then dissapears, then a web page automatically comes up with the site address "www.web.links4all.biz" or something like that, then our virus checker detects loads of viruses in the Temporary Internet files. I've tried googling on how to get rid of it but with no luck, can anyone help?

To get rid of files in the Temporary Internet Folder go to Control Panel and double click Internet Options. about half way down you will see Temporary Internet Files. Choose to delete files (unless you have very old slow computer you don't need them anyway!) This could take a while. This may get rid of the links4all nasty. Then run Spybot SD (available from http://spybot.com/en/download/index.html)
or another trusted spyware detector.

deleted all temporary internet files yesterday, took me ages cos had to do them in sections cos wouldnt let me do them all at once, got to get my brother to delete his but hes just told us he clicked on a link sent to him (seemingly thru a friend but actually by virus site) on msn called uglyphotos, it then came up with a virus warning but not sure if this is what started it. We do have AVG antivirus, is this the same as spyware? and have run it but it doesnt seem to actually get rid of it completely! Will try again once my brothers done his temp internet files, thanks for the help anyway!
Have tou tried to reset your computer back to another date when it was working fine . Much easier to do than manually deleting all your Temp files especialy if the virus has embedded itself stealthly to several files on your C:Drive.
Just hit set up at the start up sequence.
