Tiscali server

My broadband server (Tiscali) keeps becoming unavailable, in the middle of Ebay work, or is difficult to connect to in the evenings. My computer has become much slower too. I have not changed any settings or added any programs. Has anyone got any suggestions, please?

Try something like Spybot (http://www.spybot.info/en/download/index.html) incase you've got any nasties lurking around your computer. Also make sure your anti-virus is upto date.

If it was just your internet that wasn't going too well I'd suggest either Tiscali are finding out that you can't run broadband for �12.99/month, or your BT exchange was getting clogged up, but if the computer is slowing it sounds more like a virus or spyware (see above product).

We are on Tiscali and dont have any trouble at all.

I'm on Toucan which is Tiscali by another name and in the evenings the service drops off dramatically anytime after 6.00 pm
