Read Receipts

Can anyone tell me why read receipts are not updating the original message tracking facility. I sent an e-mail to 5 people with read receipts switched on. Two of them read it and it upadted the original message. I have received read receipts from the other three but they have not upadted the tracking tab on the original message. Any answers??

No ideas as I suffer the same problem. I've put it down to one of the Microsoft "features". Sorry this isn't any help!
