internet address toolbar not showing

my mum and dads computer is not showing the address tool bar so therefore they cannot enter a web site. please can someone help as we have spent several hours trying. It could be someting simple

Press F11, the function key on the top row of the keyboard.

Right-click on an empty portion of the toolbar and highlight and click the address bar in the pop-up box.

If you can see the word "address", they may also have inadvertently moved the bar right to the edge of the screen. Right-click a blank area of the toolbar and "unlock the toolbars"(if locked). Drag the text that says "address" to a suitable place and the bar should reappear. Right-click and "lock the tool bars".

Got the Problem sorted out in seconds and the address is now operational.
