Colour Printer Help Please

I've just bought a compatible colour cartridge from Cartridge Point and have used it a few times. This is something I regularly do and its always been fine. Each time when I print in colour, the colour is not what I want e.g. I put something on the screen in blue and it prints in pink - each time I print it prints in shades of lilac, pink or black no matter what colour is on my screen. Is the cartridge faulty or do I need to do something to the printer ? Thanks in anticipation

Sounds like a faulty cartridge. Do a test page and see, but I think you will find that the blue (cyan) isn't printing. Take it back and they will replace it I am sure.
