Been asked to do a powerpoint presentation for college! had the chance to do it at college today but thought I had it on my laptop at home, got home and realised i only have powerpoint VIEWER!! whats that all about! why can i view it but not create one! really confused! does anyone know if i have to download summot extra, soz must sound like such a fool, any help will do!! ps off college for a week now so gonna get into serious trouble when i get back if its not done!! AAAH ta very much!! xx

To create powerpoint presentations you need to BUY the full Powerpoint product (which is part of MS Office)
You may be able to download a trial version of Office that will last 30 days from the Microsoft web site.

You can download the trial Office code from here, but it us HUGE so only do it if you have broadband.

You could download openoffice. It's free and has a presentation program that works almost the same as Powerpoint, and you can save powerpoint files.
What's more, you can even save your presentation as a flash file, which most computers can read even if they can't read powerpoint files.
