Olympus C765 camera

Does anybody own this camera? What are its pros and cons? I am seriously considering buying it. Any tips greatly appreciated.

This is a fairly old camera, came out in 2004. Seems a good one though.

Are u buying it new or second hand ?

Well its selling for 86 quid including postage on ebay, though its i refurbished condition. Is that a bad thing?
Even though its 2 years old, doesnt it still compete well with the current cameras out there?
