What poisonous mushrooms do to the body.

Hi Folks,
Is there a book in print about wild mushrooms, and the effect they have on the body if they are eaten (the poisonous ones)? I've got the DK book on mushrooms out of the library, but in terms of poisonousness (is there such a word???!!!) it has a skull and crossbones if poisonous, and a cross through a dinner plate if "not a good idea to eat"!! I want to read about the gruesome effects and how it would kill you.

PS I'm NOT planning a murder!!!! I just have a gruesome curiosity.
