I have sold many items on Ebay and have never had problems with uploading images of items to sell until now...Since downloading a very large update from McAfee Security recently I find I cannot transfer an image from "My Pictures" to the Ebay site. I have turned off my Pop Up Blocker as suggested by Ebay but to no avail. Any suggestions please would be most welcome.

Just a thought - are you using the old ebay form or the new one? They informed me a few weeks ago they were having a few technical problems with the new form, which they were ironing out, and in the meantime to use the old form.

You will have to go into My Pictures and check what the format is of the picture you've downloaded and possibly change it to a Jpeg.This should then enable you to transfer it to eBay. Hope this helps
