are there any good, free website creating programs available online..something downladable to have more freedom, thats simple to use but still looks nice. probably asking for too much from a freebie...so any paid suggestions appreciated too. thanks.

Serif provide some of their older software versions free (to encourage you to buy their latest versions and other Serif software)
