musicmatch jukebox wont load properly

I've used musicmatch jukebox for a long time now to listen to my music and now each i time i load the software up the expansion window isn't responding so it wont let me do anything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still i have the same problem. I've tried to get a different download for musicmatch but i only seem to be able to get the new version which you dont get for free.
