everytime i try to connect to a server i get a ul.dll not loading/invalid and sometimes it wont let me connect does anyone know how to fix this for counter-strike 1.5

clip> Whenever I have these kinds of problems, I will rename my half-life directory and re-install. Not only does this usually fix any problems, your game will run better and faster with faster connects to server.

Reinstall, easiest way to fix everything.
Oh and DONT GO TO 1.6, STEAM IS THE MOST USELESS PROGRAM I HAVE EVER USED
