O2 message

Does anyone know the quickest way to check how many inclusive minuted have been used per month on an O2 contract phone?

I know Vodafone did this service whereby a text message could be sent detailing data, text and voice usage for the month to date, but does anyone know if O2 do the same?

I don't know about via txt, but I log in to my account online to view unbilled calls and messages...

Not as quick as with a text though!
