cookies

When i try to use outlook exspress, I have a message coming up saying that my browser does not appear to be accepting cookies,.

Now I know nothing about this sort of thing, I dont even know what cookies are , or what they do,

please help.

In your browser (the top of this page)

Tools - Options (or Internet Options) - Privacy - set to medium.

If you use Firefox instead of IE - it's the same but make sure the accept cookies box is ticked.
