Waht is the description next to the amount - does this not give you a clue? If you still don't know, ask your credit card provider.

Its probably one of those scams where they connect you to a premium rate number and then take the number from your bill. Try putting a block on premium or foreign numbers from your landline

Could it possibly be your first month's rental from your ISP.
Failing that, ask your credit card company for details.
