dvd audio to mp3

I have a comedians dvd at home and would like to put it on cd to listen to in the car unfortuately its not available on audio cd otherwise id get that and save the bother, is there a program i could use to convert it, i generally burn stuff through nero but its not really helping.

what version of nero do you have?

If you have one of the later ones, you can go into 'edit movie' or something similar and extract the audio from a video file.
