The snowman movie

Does anyone know where I can order The Snowman on DVD? Does it exist in this form? I am talking the one that is pencil animation, with a dramatic monologue and then just music the whole way through. Basic Plot is that a boy builds a snowman who comes to life and takes him on an adventure to the north pole. The snowman has a green hat and scarf and a mandarine orange nose. Hope this helps! Have watched it every year since it was made (1984?) as have my kids now aged 23,25 &27. One of the best.
