i use nero startsmart to burn dvds, but recently it's been crashing a lot. when it does, and i try to reload the program the startsmart menu comes up, but if i try to make a dvd video it says that this application is already in use, when it isnt. i have to reboot. it doesnt give that message if i select another option, like burning a data dvd. can anyone help?
