copying dvd's

i have recorded a film off the TV onto a dvd disc, (have played it so know it works ok), what i seem to be stuck on is, how do i copy it onto another dvd using Adobe premiere element 2, i have tried but am getting nowhere fast! could some kind soul help enlighten me where i'm going wrong? any help at all would be gratefully recieved, ps: i am pretty new to learning all this new technical stuff !!!
