i have quickbooks accounting on my computer, but for some strange reason unable to now open it, it brings up (itbuffer) it happened when i went to back everything up.
someone had a quick look and says it will need reformating the whole computer. surly their is another way.???
please help.

Our treasurer has this and always has problems with it, but can't offer help in this instance, you could also try the technology section, I have had some computer questions solved on that one.
