wma to mp3

I have some 700+titles in windows media player library in WMA format. I want to convert these to MP3 and then transfer to a usb pen drive (removable disc drive G), which I can then play on a TV that is "Wiselink" enabled,or alternatively transfer the music to a SD card which can also be played on the TV.
Can any body point me in the right direction?
