Tab Key

On the tab key of a key board there are two arrows, one left to right and one right to left. How do you use this key to get the movement from right to left?

You press ALT + the tab

Shift and tab does nothing for me, sadly.

Using the laptop, it's very easy to navigate the cursor with the touchpad, so I've never really thought about using the tab key to go from right to left.
