im 2mb b/band (256kb/s speed tested) my emule settings are 28kb/s d/l
10kb/s up/l
d/l limit 28kb
up/l limit 8kb
hard limit 300
connections limit 200
my isp is telewest and i dont know which modem to select so i picked custom -should it be cable?
are these settings correct ?as emule is tediously slow and only allows 2 d/loads at most -rest are just waiting.
