Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what specs I would need to play games Sims 2 on a laptop? I want to buy a new one today and would appreciate any help ASAP!

I imagine any new laptop would play Sims 2, if you look on the Sims 2 packaging it will give you the required specs to play the game.

800 MHz processor
256 MB RAM
Windows(R) XP, Windows ME, Windows 98 or Windows 2000 Operating System.
At least 3.5 GB of hard drive space
A T&L-capable video card with at least 32 MB of video RAM

as much as it says on the back that u can play it on a computer with the spec listed that rir has listed my computer has 256 mb or ram and its virtually usless to play sims 2 on it....yea i can play it but im sat for ages waiting for it to load....reminds me of the days when i had to load the tapes in to my commodore 64 and go away untill it had loaded the game.
