Samsung PC Studio CD useless

I have just purchased a Samsung mobile phone z560, with the package came a Samsung PC Studio disc and usb cable, in order to download; upload; and manage files etc. I have tried to install the f****** disc about 8 times. I am using windows xp and a normal usb port, there appears to be quite a few people who have the same problems on different forums on the net. Has anyone got any ideas . After loading the cd I get a message saying "connect your phone using usb" I try this and get nothing.............. Samsung appear to have this very wrong
