Locked account

I cannot download my e-mails from Freeserve as I have had my account locked and I dont know how to unlock it. I think it is because it hasn't been used. I usually download on BT internet connection and then try to connect to Freeserve server using the same connection - any help please

have you tried to contact freeserve direct and ask them why you've been locked out?
