Can anyone help please, after downloading any music my download window does not close, it has a tick in the box to say close window when download completes, but it always stops at 99 per cent complete, and I have to mess about to close it, with that annoying box appearing saying "you chose to end blah de blah", and after clicking "end now" it closes, but is there a way I can fix this without me having to always close the window, Many thanks for any help

Sorry I forgot, Iam running windows home xp, service pack 2, IE6, and use windows media player.
Have a look in Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab - Under the browsing there is an option to tick or untick a box labelled - Notify When Downloads are Complete.

If yours is ticked try and untick it and see what happens. Remember to Apply the change. You can always change it back if it doesn't work.

There are some other possible options further down but I don't know what they might do!!

Thanks for your help Machecoul, I did what you suggested, but it wasn't ticked, so I ticked it, and that just meant it wouldn't close until I closed it, but at least I can close it, I don't know why it's doing this, as it's always closed automatically by itself in the past, anyway thanks for your time, don't know what the solution is, and there has to be one, but it evades me. None of the other options resolved the matter either.
